If you think that you may be late, it is best to reschedule at least forty-eight hours in advance.CancellationsIf you need to cancel, please do so at least twenty-four hours in advance. We require 50% of the service fee for cancellations without forty-eight hours notice. A $75 fee applies to complementary consultations that are not canceled with forty-eight hours notice. At this time these consultations include the following: Body Contouring Consultation to discuss body contouring and cellulite treatment; and Medical Aesthetics Consultation to discuss appropriate skin treatment options. EtiquetteSpas are places of healing and sanctuary. Purposefully, we are a small group of professionals focused on individual care. This creates an atmosphere of quiet relaxation and pleasant companionship. Cellular phones and other such personal communication devices should not be used while in the spa. AgeAqua Terra should not be attended by persons younger than sixteen years of age. Some younger persons may still receive skin care services. These are provided within the adjacent medical practice. GratuitiesProviding gratuities to Aqua Terra’s Professionals is at the client’s discretion. We are committed as professionals to providing you with the highest level of service. Other ConsiderationsEach spa client will complete an intake form prior to treatment, to help ensure that treatment is healthy, safe and enjoyable.
